First to Launch: The Guilty Act: On Demand

We’re starting strong with one of our most engaging and interactive talks – The Guilty Act.

This session explores the principle of the “actus reus” – the physical act of committing a crime – using real Scottish cases to bring criminal law to life. You’ll step into the shoes of the jury and decide for yourself: was there truly a guilty act?

It’s a thought-provoking experience that’s been a hit at venues across Scotland – and now, it’s coming to your screen.

How Does On Demand Work?

It’s simple to take part:

1. Choose your On Demand Event and follow the sign-up link.

2. You’ll be prompted to create a free Wix account – this ensures secure access to our learning platform.

3. Once you’re signed up, we’ll grant you access to the Event (you’ll receive an email as soon as it’s ready).

4. As soon as payment is received, you can dive straight in.

5. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can pause and return whenever it suits you.

6. When you reach the end, you’ll earn a badge of completion to save or share on social media.
